RAWRA 2025 Discover Bali Overview
RAWRA’s 2025 Discover Bali trip is now open. Bali is a magical island in the Indonesian Archipelago that draws tourists in the millions. If you are considering traveling with us in 2025 here are the key details:
- Availability: Just 25 places are available.
- Dates: 11/12 October – 25/26 October 2025.
- Price: Available on application (robin@roaming-around.com).
- Travel Documentation: Passport with a minimum of six months validity.
- Entry Requirements Indonesia: Australian and US passport holders will require an Indonesian Tourist Visa. The cost is currently IDR500,000 and is subject to change without notice.
- Entry Requirements Bali: Bali recently (14 February 2024) imposed a tourist levy on every foreign visitor which online. The cost is currently IDR150,000 and subject to change without notice.
Flights
There are no direct flights from Chicago International Airport (ORD) to Denpasar International Airport (DPS). A number of airlines offer one stop services with a layover in various cities. RAWRA will confirm the exact flight details in early 2025 when tickets are released for sale. We can say with certainty that flights will depart ORD either late in the evening of 11 October 2025 or the very early hours of the morning of 12 October 2025. The return trip will depart DPS on 25 October 2025 and will arrive in Chicago on either 25 or 26 October 2025 depending on the airline and length of layover. Please block out from 11 October to 26 October 2025 until final flight details are known if you are considering travelling to Bali with us in 2025
Accommodation
RAWRA’s 2025 Discover Bali trip includes 12 nights accommodation in a luxury villa in Bali’s popular Seminyak. The villas are equipped with a private pool and garden, kitchen, dining room and living area. Each traveller with have their own bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The accommodation is so luxurious you may never want to leave!
Meals
RAWRA’s 2025 Discover Bali trip includes most meals. Meals during free time are not included and are at your own expense. Food is a major focus of our Bali trip and you will experience some of Bali’s best restaurants. Get ready for a true feast for the senses.
